This project presents a conceptual proposal for the creation of a tropical oasis within the St. Maarten airport environment. The design seeks to transform the traveler's experience by integrating light, organic architecture with a water garden. The concept is built around a multi-peaked tensile structure providing shade and coolness, while a wooden boardwalk crosses a pond filled with water lilies. This intervention proposes a space of serenity and transition, capturing the island's natural atmosphere from the moment of arrival.
