For the Longchamp boutique, we served as the constructors, responsible for the full physical execution of the retail space. Our role focused on translating the brand’s global architectural concept into a high-end reality, managing every phase of the build-out. We provided rigorous site management and technical coordination to ensure that the craftsmanship and materials met the exacting luxury standards of the house. By overseeing the entire construction process, we ensured the project was delivered with the precision and quality required for a premier location in the heart of St. Barth.
