This project focuses on the architectural design for the comprehensive renovation of an existing villa. Our work involved the redesign of the living spaces and the full management of the required construction permits for the property's transformation. Utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, we developed a high-fidelity digital model of both the existing structure and the proposed design to ensure absolute technical precision. To bring the vision to life before construction, as we do in all our projects, we produced high-end 3D visualizations that illustrate the material palette and spatial atmosphere, providing a definitive roadmap for the future execution of the project.
